CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
0. OBJECT
These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of products offered on the website https://www.stickyphones.es, owned by SP STICKERS, S.L. (hereinafter, SP STICKERS, S.L.).
The acquisition of any of the products implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, so it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to acquire any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and SP STICKERS, S.L. will be considered effective for all purposes when made through any of the means detailed above.
3. PRODUCTS
The main characteristics and price of each product offered are displayed in the descriptive sheet on the website.
SP STICKERS, S.L. reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to customers. Thus, SP STICKERS, S.L. may at any time add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, SP STICKERS, S.L. reserves the right to withdraw or cease offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
Once on https://www.stickyphones.es, to access the purchase of different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will imply reading and accepting all the general and particular conditions set out at https://www.stickyphones.es.
4. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
SP STICKERS, S.L. aims to guarantee the availability of all products advertised through https://www.stickyphones.es.
However, if any requested product is not available or has run out, we will inform the customer of the expected restock date of the product or selected units.
If, once informed of the expected date, the customer no longer wishes to continue with the order, SP STICKERS, S.L. will refund the amount paid.
In the event of total or partial unavailability of the order and the customer’s rejection of substitute products, the previously paid amount will be refunded via transfer to the account number provided by the consumer, without any penalty or cost to the customer.
For personalized products, if the order exceeds 50 units, the amount is not listed on the website as it depends on the design, purchase units, etc.
If SP STICKERS, S.L. unjustifiably delays the refund of paid amounts, the consumer may claim double the owed amount.
5. PURCHASE AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS
To place orders for non-personalized products on https://www.stickyphones.es, follow these steps:
- Select the product.
- Add to cart.
- Fill out the form.
- Place the order.
- Select shipping options.
- Make the payment.
- Finalize the order.
It is also recommended that the customer print and/or save a copy on durable media of the sales conditions at the time of placing their order, as well as the summary purchase details displayed on screen once the order is completed.
For orders of personalized products for companies, events, etc., the purchase will be made via email between SP STICKERS, S.L. and the customer, with the order quote, purchase document detailing payment methods, shipping method, etc.
INVOICING
The invoice will be sent to the customer via email. If the customer requires it, they can request the invoice to be sent by postal mail by emailing info@stickyphones.es or empresas@stickyphones.es.
6. DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting.
The delivery area includes the following regions: mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
For non-personalized orders with immediate stock availability, the expected delivery time is one week.
For personalized orders or with future availability, the delivery time will be indicated in the emails sent to the customer along with the quote, payment method, etc.
In both cases, the shipment is made through designated transport companies, Correos or Seur or courier services, based on the indicated destination and the characteristics of the shipment:
- Delivery times in mainland Spain: 7 business days
- Delivery times in the Balearic Islands: 14 business days
- Delivery times in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 14 business days.
7. PRICES, FEES, AND TAXES
The prices of the products listed on https://www.stickyphones.es will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during their validity period, except for printing errors, regardless of the destination of the order.
PRODUCTS
The final prices of non-personalized products (and, if applicable, the final prices per unit of measure, when mandatory) along with their characteristics are reflected in each of the articles appearing on the website www.stickyphones.es.
- Mainland:
- Top Sales: €6/unit including VAT plus €2.5 for shipping. If the order exceeds €20, shipping is free.
- Personalized: €8/unit including VAT plus €2.5 for shipping. If the order exceeds €20, shipping is free.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:
- Top Sales: €6/unit including VAT plus €3.5 for shipping. If the order exceeds €30, shipping is free.
- Personalized: €8/unit including VAT plus €3.5 for shipping. If the order exceeds €30, shipping is free.
- Canary Islands:
- Top Sales: €6/unit including VAT plus €7.5 for shipping. If the order exceeds €50, shipping is free.
- Personalized: €8/unit including VAT plus €7.5 for shipping. If the order exceeds €50, shipping is free.
For orders exceeding 50 units, the price must be consulted. You can inquire by sending an email to empresas@stickyphones.es.
The products include VAT. The VAT rate is 21%.
Product prices may change at any time. In this case, the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of placing the order. In any case, the final cost of non-personalized products will be communicated to the customer during the electronic purchase process before they confirm their acceptance.
8. PAYMENT METHODS
We offer the following payment methods on the website:
- Credit or debit card.
You can make the payment immediately through our bank’s secure SSL payment gateway.
- Bizum.
You can make the payment immediately without any charge to the customer.
- Bank transfer (Only for personalized products for companies and events).
According to the conditions initially agreed upon between both parties.
In all payment methods, if it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer to the account number provided by the customer.
9. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
According to regulations, the consumer has the right to WITHDRAW from the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any cost, except for those provided in Articles 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, dated November 16, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
- Contracts for the supply of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
- Contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Supply of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. (Article 103 letter c)
A product will be understood to have been made for the customer in a personalized manner when, in the selection process of the products, the option to personalize has been chosen. Therefore, at the moment the user declares having read the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting, they consent and acknowledge that they will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal concerning the products made according to their instructions.
PRODUCTS
The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested good or product to inform SP STICKERS, S.L. of their desire to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal implies that SP STICKERS, S.L. will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, using the same method chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the acquired product is not within the exceptions indicated above).
During this period, the consumer will notify the business of their decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form found at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of SP STICKERS, S.L.
SP STICKERS, S.L. will communicate to the consumer, in a durable medium, an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.
To proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used. Otherwise, SP STICKERS, S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once your request is accepted, you will receive instructions for sending the products to our facilities. You must send the products without delay, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you inform us of your desire to exercise the right.
The transportation costs incurred by the return will be borne by the customer.
Once the merchandise is received and confirmed to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed.
The payment received will be refunded.
RETURN DUE TO MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT
SP STICKERS, S.L. will not be responsible for damages caused to devices or objects where our product is applied due to misuse, inadequate maintenance, improper placement, or on unsuitable surfaces.

RETURN DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCT IN TRANSPORT
If upon receiving the package, there is evidence that it was damaged during transport, the customer must report this to the carrier at that moment and take photographs of the condition of the package, wrapping, and the item, if it has been damaged. Then, contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt by sending an email to info@stickyphones.es, attaching the photographs.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event of receiving a defective product, the customer must contact SP STICKERS, S.L. within 24 hours of receipt to report the defect in writing, sending an email to info@stickyphones.es with supporting photographs of the defect.
To proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used, beyond mere verification of its operation. Otherwise, SP STICKERS, S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return.
The defective product or one damaged in transport will be collected by SP STICKERS, S.L., and once the defect, damage, or malfunction is verified at our facilities, the customer will be given the option of replacement with a new product of similar characteristics or a refund of the amount paid. The costs of collecting a defective product and delivering a new product will be borne by SP STICKERS, S.L.
10. WARRANTY
Products purchased through https://www.stickyphones.es come with a warranty period, at least the legal minimum required if necessary, from the moment of acquisition, covering possible manufacturing defects in the product, as well as any breakdowns occurring during this period.
Consumable products, deficiencies caused by improper use or handling, connection to an electrical network different from the indicated one, incorrect installation, or defects resulting from any external cause are excluded from warranties.
To avoid problems with the installation or handling of the purchased product, ensure that you have followed the installation and operating instructions contained in the user manuals.
11. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The consumer has the right to repair the product, to its replacement, to a price reduction, or to the termination of the contract, as established in Chapter II Title IV Book II of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, both of which will be free for the consumer, and which will be carried out within a reasonable time based on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.
If, after the repair, the product still does not conform to the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a price reduction, or the termination of the contract.
12. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
To file any complaint or claim with SP STICKERS, S.L., the customer must contact the customer service department via the email address info@stickyphones.es.
According to the EU online dispute resolution regulation and in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions will be governed by current Spanish legislation.
The language used will be Spanish.
